We provide a way for public sector and mental health services to to work effectively with young people through physical activity. We use a mixture of football and specialist worker sessions to engage our audience of 13-30 year olds.
Our sessions have a basic structure in place, but many of the details are user led. This helps to build up rapport with patients and influence how they see their own health.
This helps our partners, such as PCTs, achieve various Local Area Agreement targets including NI51 (mental health services) and NI110 (young people in positive activities).
