I was talking to a client about some recent testing they did for a stop smoking campaign. They found that when people saw posters about a stop smoking campaign without the NHS logo they assumed that they would have to pay for the service, and that the 0800 number was a scam. As soon as they put the NHS logo back on everyone understood that it would be free and thought it was legitimate.
