The brief
NHS Commissioning Support for London wanted to help the NHS trusts promote activity in the workplace. So they asked us to create a series of posters which they could distribute to their trusts.
Our response to the brief
First of all we researched what types of people worked in their trusts, and linked that to the Sport England segments. Next we identified the motivations and barriers to activity for those segments. We also researched what messages have been proven to be most effective for getting people active in the workplace.
Based on this insight we wrote messages and found photos which would appeal to each of the different segments.
