FIA FLAME Conference, 13 July 2011
The Fitness Industry Association’s annual conference is back and this year they will be focussing on “Creating Connections – The key to our future”.
The proliferation of social technology means that we live in an increasingly connected world, a world where consumers expect their suppliers to be transparent, accessible and accountable.
The Flame Conference programme for 2011 is designed to reflect the fact that if we are to make an impact on participation in such an environment, we need to use all the tools at our disposal – online and offline – to forge powerful connections both at the micro level (with our customers, communities and staff) and at the macro level (with business, healthcare and Government).
